Application opens: Monday, December 01, 2025-- The Application is attached here. 

Application deadline: Wednesday, January 09, 2026, by 3:15 PM (all application forms and information need to be at the school by 3:15 PM, January 09, 2026)

A completed application consists of:

1. Online application completed--Application
2. Two teacher recommendations (Click here to print teacher recommendation. At least one recommendation should be from a current teacher (8th-grade content teacher in Reading or Math)).
3. Student's Final 7th Grade Report Card & the 8th Grade Q1 report card, as well as their December 16, 2025 Q2 Progress report.
4. A copy of the student's attendance for the past 2 years. 8th grade date should reflect up to December 19, 2025. 
5. A copy of the student's discipline/behavior report for the past 2 years. 8th grade date should reflect up to December 19, 2025. 

 

The application documents can be brought to CS Brown High School STEM and turned into the Main Office or mailed to:
